We are happy to come out and give you an estimate on your fence repair. Most commom problems with older fences are broken posts because of wind damage, damage to structure because of dirt or bark or vegetation sitting on the bottom structure of the fence. If a fence is repairable, (not too rotten) we bid the repair, if it needs replacement we discuss those options with you. We work with your insurance company to answer any questions they might have and to present them with an honest and accurate bid for the repair to your fence. Commonly our customers find that fences are depreciated and that they have to pay a deductible.
FAQ's
San Antonio Landscaping will also repair your current fence. We supply and install Concrete Spurs which strengthen the posts and can add life to your fence. Concrete Spurs are designed for the repair of timber posts which have either snapped off at ground level, or rotted away below the surface. They are fitted without moving the post and add strength above and below the surface at a fraction of the cost of a new fence.

We have several neighbors that want to participate, will you bill them separately?
We have worked with several groups of people interested in getting a fence at one time. We submit each individual an estimate which shows the total cost of the job and then itemizes each of the shared lines with a net bid at the bottom. When we start installation on a large job we stay on the job until it is done. Any circumstances that would change that are discussed with the customer.
Why Does My Fence Fall?
Typically, every 8 feet there is a 4x4 wood post. This is the source of stability of your fence. Fences fall down prematurely when water gets down to the base of your post and rots the wood. This weakens your post and it is no longer able to support your fence.
