Due to high customer demand; Endless Summer Lawn Care will be offering 12 month service maintenance plans for the first time in 2009. These plan packages are designed to keep your property healthy, safe and looking great though all seasons. Another great benifit is that your monthly payment will be the same every month of the year for our services. Additionally they are customimized to meet your individual needs.
Why should I get a maintenance plan?
The best thing about our maintenance plans is that they are customizable to the needs of your property. Our maintenance contracts ensure that the seasonal services will be automatically scheduled at the appropriate times thoughout the year. Your payments will be spread out in equal installments over the course of the year; more importantly, your property will look beautiful all year around!
What is Lawn Maintenance?
Most Residential and Commercial Lawns require Bi-Weekly Mowing, Trimming and Edging. We Mulch while cutting only 1/3 off each blade of grass each time we mow. We perfer mulching because it eliminates any chance of glumping grass, but more inportantly it re-tains the ferterizer and nutriants in your lawn which will keep the number of fertilzer applications to 4 or less, while maintaining a green thick lawn. We clean up of Walks, Drives, Patios, Curbs and we even blow off front door entry and Decks even if we don't get grass in these areas.
What are Spring and Fall Clean-ups?
Spring and Fall clean-ups included in your 12 month Ultimate service contract is another option included in this bundle of services. Spring Clean-ups include raking up all remaining leaves from lawn and landscape beds. Picking up of trash, sticks and repairing any damage incurred over winter. We Dead head any Perenials and grasses if missed in fall. Fall Clean up helps get your property ready for the winter.
What is Irrigation Start up?
Spring start up, one set fee. Season maintenance is billed seperately and parts only marked up 10%. We do a thorough inspection of your irrigation system and turn it on zone per zone to make sure that it is working.
Mulch, Flowers and Potted Flowers
We offer the sale of Flowers, Mulch at prices below retail
Flowers can be ordered and delivered
We Plant the flowers in your beds for between $6.00 & $8.00 per flat
Choose potting soil, Garden Soil or Peat moss in most cases under $15.00 per 15 flats of flowers we suggest Miracle grow Garden soil, Potting Soil or something similar
